Qualia, a real estate technology company and 2017 HousingWire Tech 100 winner, recently announced it launched a new platform feature designed to provide title and escrow agents with simplified notary services.

The platform, Notary by Qualia, is the "first" of its kind and will have notary services built into its product.

“Qualia is constantly looking for the next opportunity to innovate and create a home buying and selling experience our users’ clients will love,” CEO of Qualia Nate Baker said.

Notary by Qualia will utilize the company’s nationwide network of verified professional notaries, streamlining workflow and reducing the risk of lost paperwork.

“We want to make title and escrow agents’ workdays smoother and more efficient by giving them access to a vast network of verified notaries, along with the technology to manage the closing process seamlessly and securely,” Baker stated.

The platform also offers a nationwide network, automated scheduling, automated document retrieval and payments, notary tools and platform securization.

“Notary by Qualia is the latest example of how we are transforming this experience and adding more value to the closing process at every step of the way,” Baker concluded.

Earlier this year, the company raised $33 million to aid in its continued growth, furthering its real estate technology capabilities.
