HousingWire takes pride in its Editors' Choice awards programs. For the past several years, we have honored a variety of accomplished individuals and companies within the housing and mortgage finance space, including industry-changing leaders as part of our Vanguard Awards. 

HousingWire’s Vanguard Awards were established in 2015 to highlight the leaders in every sector of housing who are carving out a new path toward profitability and sustainability. These are leaders who are moving markets forward, each and every day.

Each Vanguard holds a variety of different skill sets, working in a range of businesses from startups to established companies, and some come from diverse backgrounds. Their common thread? They each have had a distinctive impact on the housing and mortgage finance industry at large. 

In the past, we have honored executives like Nate Baker, Qualia’s CEO and co-founder; Auction.com's Chief Marketing Officer Colleen Lambros; Global DMS’ CEO and Co-founder Vlad Bien-Aime; and founders of New American Funding, Rick and Patty Arvielo.
