HousesForSale.com partners with Dotloop and Contactually to streamline services for agents

Real estate agents can access exclusive leads

Upstart real estate listing service, HousesForSale.com, is getting an extra vote of confidence from some big names in the real estate transaction business.

The ZIP code, flat-fee based listing service launched to great fanfare this year, though some doubted it would be able to stay the course [paywall].

Things are looking decidedly brighter for the company today. HousesForSale just announced partnerships with Zillow-owned Dotloop and HousingWire Tech 100 winner Contactually, to automate each step of the real estate transaction lifecycle.

The partnerships are notable because it takes the tech-heavy lifting away from real estate agents, so they can focus more on their online property sales, the CEO points out.

“Real Estate agents are not website developers or coders. They are social creatures and not tech guys, and there is a big disconnect between IT and the real world,” HousesForSale.com CEO John Brown said. “We just boiled it down to what's really necessary to be successful in today's tech-driven real estate market, worked with the best and the brightest in the industry, put it all in one place, and made it easy to use agents to actually understand and use.”

Dotloop is a complete real estate transaction management solution, and Contactually centralizes contacts to discover the most important client relationships. Together, these solutions elevate HousesForSale.com into a platform that aims to help real estate agents, brokers and teams.

HouseForSale.com looks to gain clients in the real estate business by offering more value to agents. They promise agents will spend less with them, while still getting more leads and help with customer transactions.
