Wendover Consulting, Inc, a business consulting firm focused on servicing the reverse mortgage industry, announced that Kenneth L. Austin, Jr has joined the firm as Managing Director for Loan Administration.

Austin brings wide ranging experience to Wendover that spans the entire reverse mortgage life cycle, including investment banks, originating lenders and servicers.  He is recognized throughout the mortgage banking industry as one of the pioneers and leading authorities on reverse mortgages.Prior to joining Wendover, he served as President for Reverse Mortgage Solutions.

Jeff Taylor, President of Wendover Consulting said " I am excited to have a chance to work with Ken again and his loan servicing expertise brings a huge dynamic to our company".  The two had previously worked together in founding Wendover Funding, Inc which became one of the first reverse mortgage lenders who provided training, secondary marketing and  correspondent programs. Wendover Funding's reverse mortgage servicing portfolio was one of the first and largest in the industry in the 1990s.
