LDWholesale, which is a part of loanDepot, promoted Phil Garcia to vice president of Operational Production.

Garcia brings more than 20 years of experience to the position, originally joining LDWholesale in November 2015 as Sales and Operations Liaison.

In this position, Garcia will be responsible for all of LDWholesale’s production activities in both the Costa Mesa, California and Plano, Texas branches, including process improvement, service levels, customer service, staffing and goal tracking.

Garcia previously served as the national director of sales at Royal Pacific Funding Corporation, where he worked with operations in re-engineering the mortgage loan process.

And prior to that, Garcia served as vice president of operations at Impac, senior vice president at New Century Mortgage and Countrywide Mortgage.

Garcia graduated with Bachelor of Business Administration from New Mexico State University.
