Jason Bressler brings 19 years of financial industry experience

United Wholesale Mortgage just announced the hire of Jason Bressler as its new chief technology officer.

Bressler is from Southfield, Michigan and has 19 years of experience in the financial services industry. Most recently, he served as chief information officer for the Federal Savings Bank in Chicago, a veteran-owned bank with a focus on VA and FHA loans for military and first-time home buyers. Before that he also served as the director of information technology for 15 years at Guaranteed Rate.

“Jason is a game-changer, a visionary and talented leader that excels in application development and enterprise implementation that will help us ‘wow’ our clients,” UWM President and CEO Mat Ishbia said.

Bressler will work closely with chief information officer Paul Orlando to develop the company’s technology platform.

Bressler’s extensive mortgage background is expected to pay major dividends for the company, according to UWM.
