Mortgage Contracting Services, currently provides property preservation, inspections, REO property maintenance, valuations, title and settlement services for the financial service industry, however today they announced an expansion.

Mortgage Contracting Services formed MCS Solutions to incorporate the company’s valuations, title services and steel security product line.

In addition, Chad Mosley is now promoted from his previous position as senior vice president into the new chief operating officer position at MCS Solutions. He will also assume executive responsibility for MCS Valuations, MCS Title and Vacant Property Security.

John Maxwell will remain the company’s chief operating officer for MCS’ field services.

“MCS has continued to grow by expanding our product offerings and adding new clients,” CEO Caroline Reaves said. “We also have entered the title and valuation space through our recent acquisitions.”

“During this time of growth, it is critical that we maintain our focus on the field services business and continue to provide first-class service to our clients while increasing our title and valuations footprint,” Reaves said. “The formation of MCS Solutions with Chad at the helm will help facilitate that growth.”

Mosley joined MCS in 2008 as assistant vice president of business development. After that, he was promoted to senior vice president in 2012. In that position he oversaw new business development efforts, industry relations initiatives and corporate expansion.
