Model Tyra Banks listed her is Spanish Colonial-style home in Beverly Hills for $7.75 million, according to an article in The Wall Street Journal.

Banks, 41, said she wasn’t expecting to sell. “I was not looking for another home until I discovered a property in the Malibu hills through a friend,” she said in an email. “The decision to move was a difficult one.

Sotheby’s International Realty said the house was built in 1926 and was renovated without compromising its original architectural elements.
