ZVN Properties, a field services company providing property preservation, property inspections and property repair/rehab services to mortgage servicers, announced that it is adding hazard claim services to its series of offerings.

The hazard claim business line will be based in Dallas, TX, and will be lead by industry veteran Brad Bordelon. Bordelon brings experience in hazard insurance claims, inclusive of property catastrophe adjusting and construction management to his new position with ZVN.

“(Bordelon’s) unique background and prior senior leadership positions will allow ZVN to add the niche service of hazard claim, while offering servicers the ability to tap into funds for repairing damaged properties that will reduce losses,” ZVN said in a statement.

ZVN’s chief executive officer, Bryan Lysikowski, said that ZVN is excited to offer hazard claims to the company’s existing and future customers.

“It’s our goal to continue meeting the needs of the industry by adding services that position the company for growth,” Lysikowski said. “The hazard claim process of adjusting, recovering and repairing properties can become a costly event for the servicer. ZVN’s streamlined approach to hazard claims will reduce that cost and in turn add additional value to the customer.”
