Brookfield, Wisconsin-based Inlanta Mortgage announced the addition of two new branches in Sarasota, Florida and Oswego, Illinois.

The Stettler Group left Wells Fargo Home Mortgage (WFC) to become part of the Inlanta Mortgage team.

“We are fortunate to welcome and partner with the Stettler Group. Rob’s team is known for their integrity and ability to get the deal done. They are an ideal match for Inlanta Mortgage and we look forward to helping them expand their purchase business,” said Joe Ramis, vice president of business development with Inlanta Mortgage.

PMMeanwhile, veteran loan originator Jim Gussman (pictured, below) will manage the Oswego location and brings more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry.

Prior to Inlanta Mortgage, Gussman was a branch manager at Cherry Creek Mortgage.

“The communication and efficiencies at Inlanta are top notch, this will allow us to serve our partners and together help more Home Buyers achieve the goal of owning their own home,” said Gussman.

This is the latest is a series of growth initiatives from the lender. Back in September 2014, Inlanta announced a new office in Minneapolis, and in April 2014, it announced the promotion of two executive positions.
