Blue Mountain harnesses Realty Pilot technology

Two companies create strategic partnership

Phoenix-based Realty Pilot, a software and data provider for the real estate industry, announced a strategic relationship with Blue Mountain Homes, a real estate investment organization based in Vacaville, Calif.

Blue Mountain Homes will use Realty Pilot’s Asset Acquisition Module that is built into the company’s Concourse 360 enterprise suite of products in order to acquire properties using Realty Pilot’s network of real estate agents.

“Because Blue Mountain repairs and sells homes that they purchase, the Broker/Agent who brings the property to Blue Mountain Homes for purchase will also have the opportunity to serve as the listing Broker/Agent for that property and manage all valuations, rehab, marketing, and offers all within one cohesive system,” Christian Broadwell, the CEO of Realty Pilot, explained.

“By utilizing Realty Pilot’s robust Concourse 360 system, the Acquisitions Team here at Blue Mountain Homes is able to review all submissions presented and manage the entire process in one system” Earl Crouse, director of acquisitions at Blue Mountain Homes, said.
