Total Mortgage Services received its Arizona mortgage bankers license from the Arizona Department of Financial Institutions, which allows it to originate residential mortgage loans in the state.

In addition, the mortgage firm opened its first Arizona-based branch office, in Phoenix. Larry Gates was appointed to lead the office.

"Total Mortgage is excited about opening its first branch office in Arizona and offering a needed mortgage solution to borrowers looking to purchase or refinance a home," said John Walsh, president of Total Mortgage.
