A second pool of Fannie Mae mortgage servicing rights is going on sale.

Earlier today, Interactive Mortgage Advisors announced it would be the exclusive broker on the sale of $714 million Fannie bulk residential mortgage servicing rights.

For the latest offering, MountainView Servicing Group will also offer $486 million in Fannie Mae MSRs.

The servicing rights are for fixed-rate, first lien retail mortgages.

$271 million is HARP servicing.

The mortgages also have a weighted average original FICO of 744 and interest rates below 4%.

Loan-to-value is above 90%, with an average an average balance of $217,280.

More than 80% of the properties are located in California, with Oregon and Washington holding the remaining homes.
