[Update 1 clarifies location of homes to be auctioned.] Detroit-based auctioneer Zetabid will auction 155 bank-owned homes in Troy, Mich. later this month. The properties, including single-family and multi-family houses and condos, range in price from $13,000 to $62,000. Most of the properties are located in Battle Creek, Detroit, Flint, Hazel Park, Jackson, Lansing, Muskegon, Saginaw, Westland, Waterford and Ypsilanti. “The Detroit metropolitan area offers everyone from first time-home buyers to investors terrific deals on lower-priced properties,” said Zetabid chairman Bob Bellack. “Zetabid is expecting strong interest in this portfolio of bank-owned homes because of the affordability and upside in these properties.” The live auction begins 10 a.m. on November 14, but offers may be placed online before the auction. Zetabid is a venture between the Los Angeles Times Media Group, GoIndustry-DoveBid and CataList Homes. Write to Diana Golobay.
