The Portland-area foreclosure rate dipped in October, but remains at the same level as a year ago, writes Elliot Njus with The Oregonian.
He adds in his report: “The metro foreclosure rate rests at 2.50% of homes with a mortgage, according to CoreLogic, down from 2.74 percent in November. The rate of mortgage delinquency also fell to 5.30 percent in October from 5.43 percent in November.”
