The New Home Company files for IPO

The New Home Company filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission to raise up to $173 million in an initial public offering.

The homebuilder focused on major metroplitan areas in California plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker ‘NWHM.’

The new Home Company initially filed on April 19. No pricing terms were disclosed.

The joint bookrunners on the deal include Citi (C), JPMorgan Chase (JPM), and Zelman Partners
