New full-service brokerage launches in Oklahoma

Williams, Williams & McKissick unveiled a new full-service brokerage, Williams Real Estate Worldwide Brokerage this week.

The Tulsa, Okla.-based brokerage leverages the accelerated marketing strategies developed by its sister auction companies, Williams & Williams and Auction Network, to push elevated interest in its listings during the crucial first six weeks.

Initially, the brokerage will serve Oklahoma before rolling out to all 50 states, Washington D.C. and Puerto Rico.

“The creation of a broad-based real estate brokerage is a natural extension of our brand,” said Pam McKissick, co-owner and CEO of Williams, Williams & McKissick. “While we continue to thrive in real estate auction, our brokerage firm will provide an end-to-end solution for our clients.”

The brokerage will represent buyers and sellers and will offer a better valuation proposition to sellers and agents through the application of its marketing strategy.

“In the past, we have referred traditional listings to real estate agents across the U.S. Now we can handle the traditional side directly through our new brokerage firm,” said Rob Bridges, senior vice president of sales and brokerages for Williams, Williams & McKissick.
