Nationwide Title Clearing, Inc. added 66 staff members in the last quarter, including 20 in June alone. The firm, which provides research services and processes documents for the residential service industry, now has nearly 300 employees based in Palm Harbor, Fla.
NTC officials attribute most of the firm’s recent growth to an increase in its lien release business and land records research and reporting, which the company is performing in greater volume to aid mortgage servicers meet new due diligence requirements.
John Hillman, NTC’s CEO, said he anticipates the company to continue to grow as the market recovers.
The jobs that NTC has recently added include account management roles, programmer and web designer positions, data processing and entry-level positions.
