The national law firm of Kelley Kronenberg is launching a mortgage foreclosure litigation department within its Tampa office.

As part of the expansion, the company is bringing in five additional attorneys.

Partner Frances Johnson was selected to lead the foreclosure litigation unit and will co-manage the Tampa office alongside Dana G. Andrews.

The state of Florida continues to deal with new foreclosure litigation, not to mention, the new foreclosure rocket-docket bill, which is designed to speed up the foreclosure process in the state.
