Juan Martinez will serve the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals as the association’s 2013-2014 president.

Previously, Martinez served as NAHREP’s president-elect. He joined the national leadership team in 2010 as a member of the national board.

“Juan Martinez has been integral to the strategy to grow NAHREP in recent years. His leadership and business savvy are going to have an even stronger influence during his term as president,” said Gary Acosta, CEO and co-founder of NAHREP.

Juan Martinez will continue to serve as the broker/owner of Century 21 Martinez & Associates in Las Vegas. Closing more than 500 transactions per year, Martinez is the No. 1 Hispanic agent in Nevada.

He also is the former president of NAHREP Nevada. Martinez has served on the association’s national board since 2010. He is the national membership committee chair and spearheaded the association’s mentor program.
