MountainView Capital Holdings, which advises mortgage firms on the trading of home loans, appointed Art Yeend managing director and head of sales and marketing this week.

Yeend will report directly to CEO Michael Morgan.

Yeend was hired specifically to enhance MountainView’s service offerings and partnerships with customers while working with the sales and marketing team to deliver trading, analytics and asset management expertise and solutions to clients.

“We’re fortunate to have an executive with Art’s breadth and depth of experience in the residential mortgage market,” Morgan said. “Few leaders in the market are as widely respected for their expertise, judgment and integrity, and these qualities are critical in our role as a trusted advisor to our clients.”

Yeend previously served Got Appraisal Management Services and has three decades of experience in mortgage finance and capital markets.
