MOS Group, a loss mitigation service provider, will move into a 45,000 square foot facility in Irvine, Calif. in a move that doubles the company’s office space. Over the past five months, the company hired more than 150 new employees. Since the Treasury launched the HAMP and HARP programs in February of 2009, MOS Group, or Mortgage Outreach Services, has worked with over 50,000 borrowers – 20% of all borrowers who qualified for the program. MOS Group will continue to hire staff over the coming 12-to-18 months. MOS Group helps servicers develop solutions for borrowers from their centers in Irvine, Calif.; Farmingdale, New York and Glen Allen, Virginia. Write to Jon Prior.
