Marshall Reddick Real Estate Network named Ross Nelson director of operations as the firm continues its five-year restructuring by expanding services.

In his new role, Nelson is responsible for managing the investment groups, brokerages and real estate services, as well as investor transactions. 

Prior to joining the investor services firm, Nelson co-founded Krochet Kids International, which aimed to empower people to rise above poverty by creating sustainable economic development programs that support growth of communities within developing nations.

“The promotion of Nelson to our executive team will allow us to focus on the education of the upcoming generation of investors, providing them with the tools and knowledge to assist them in making educated investment decisions,” said Marshall Reddick, founder of the Newport Beach, Calif.-based firm.

Marshall Reddick focuses on detached single-family residences with four units or less for investors, targeting properties that are below the median home price in their respective markets.
