LRES Corp. recently appointed four more industry veterans to director positions at the firm, which offers valuation services, loss mitigation and REO asset management.

The company appointed Wayne Smith (pictured) as senior director of technology; Mike Moya as senior director of operations; Greg Musso as senior director of sales; and Scott Hornick as director of sales.

Smith joins LRES after working as a lead engineer at First American Data Tree where he designed the company’s Web-based functionality.

“Smith’s arrival marks the continued growth of LRES Corp. as an industry leader in residential and commercial real estate services,” LRES said in a press release.

Moya previously acted as the portfolio director for Kondaur Capital before joining the LRES team.

Don Mask, CFO at LRES, attests to Moya’s two decades of industry experience.

“Mike brings strong analytical acumen and significant financial reporting capabilities to the company,” Mask said. “His focus on operational efficiency will continue to enrich client experiences.

Prior to joining LRES, Musso worked as a national sales manager for Equi-Trax Assets Solutions and Freedom Mortgage, as well as serving as the vice president and national sales director for Sovereign Bank and Bank One. He has almost four decades of work experience in the field of asset management, banking, business development and sales.

Hornick, who previously performed negotiations and produced executed contracts in his position as the vice president of portfolio services for Dimont & Associates, will join LRES with more than 24 years of experience.

“Scott is a tremendous addition to LRES,” said Roger Beane, CEO of LRES. “His experience will benefit the client and LRES by providing solutions with insight. We are very excited to work with and learn from Scott’s many years of industry experience.”
