Jacksonville, Fla.-based Lender Processing Services (LPS), which provides technology and analytics to the mortgage industry, named Nancy Murphy vice president of investor relations. Murphy comes to LPS from fashion retailer Stein Mart Inc. (SMRT), where she served as director of investor relations. Murphy replaces Parag Bhansali as head of investor relations. Murphy spent the past 17 years of her career in financial strategy and analysis. Prior to Stein Mart, she served Providian Financial Corp. as head of investor relations. She also worked in the corporate banking segment within Westpac Banking Corp. (WBK) and The Bank of New York Mellon Corp.
