Lennar Corp. is seeking to foreclose on a 53.4-acre site in Kendall from another homebuilder.
Hammocks Lennar, an affiliate of the Miami-based homebuilder, filed a foreclosure lawsuit on March 8 against Lucky Start at the Hammocks, which is managed by Antonio Balestena and Jorge L. Fernandez. Miami-based Lennar recently acquired Lucky Start’s mortgage from Regions Bank.
