Jackson and Associates, a provider of California legal services and national legal process management to the mortgage industry, named Donna La Porte as senior litigation counsel.
La Porte will be responsible for leading the firm’s practice group for complex commercial, multifamily and residential real estate litigation.

La Porte, an AV-rated attorney, has nearly 30 years of experience in representing financial institutions, mortgage bankers and servicers in all aspects of commercial, multifamily and residential real estate.
She is a former pesident of the Southern California Mortgage Banking Association and served in leadership positions on various professional organizations, including REOMAC and the American Legal and Financial Network.
