ISGN Corp., a provider of end-to-end technology for the U.S. mortgage industry, hired Jennifer Fulks and Matthew Mesmer as senior attorneys for its legal department this month. Both have been hired as associate general counsels with a focus on regulatory compliance, corporate compliance, ethics, risk management and operational compliance. 

Fulks was previously a vice president, project manager and licensed insurance agent at Attorney’s Title Insurance Fund.

Mesmer was previously with the U.S. Senate Select Committee on Ethics, where he served as counsel for the past seven years, and director of education and training for the past three.
