HomeFinder.com will be holding its second annual HomeFinder.com Agent Makeover Sweepstakes. Five real estate agents will be chosen at random to receive a two-night, comprehensive business and style makeover in Chicago. The makeover will take place September 18-20, 2013.
The contest is open to all licensed real estate agents, who can enter the sweepstakes from May 13 to August 16.
It is the goal of HomeFinder.com to teach the five winners, and thousands of entrants, the changing landscape and to provide the tools to keep up and stay ahead.
Since last year, the National Association of Realtors has reported a rise in home prices as a result of low inventory and anticipates that mortgage interest rates will remain steady. This ever-changing real estate environment indicates that real estate agents need to change their approach and tactics, and the winners and participants will gain the tools necessary.
“The current real estate market is heating up fast. Homes are no longer sitting on the market for months. Now, they are selling in days or even hours,” said Doug Breaker, president and CEO, HomeFinder.com. “The 2013 HomeFinder.com Agent Makeover Sweepstakes will focus on this rapidly changing marketplace to help the five winners and all participants adapt to the new normal.”
The winners of the contest will be flown to Chicago and will have the opportunity to network with industry leaders. They will also receive real estate specific digital marketing training, work directly with a professional business coach and gain insight on how changes in their personal life can benefit their business.

The contest will also include a style makeover in which each winner will receive a personal styling session, head-to-toe outfit, new hairstyle, makeup consultation and a professional photo shoot.
