Keith Jurow, former senior economic writer for the Holt Investment Advisory, believes the housing recovery is a mirage and that a new delinquency crisis is coming. 

Jurow’s view is quite out-of-sync with popular belief, considering at the end of March, it was announced that the 20-city Case-Shiller Index was up 8.1% year-over-year.
