Greystone Servicing adds to multifamily team

Greystone Servicing Corp. expanded its multifamily team by hiring Chris Rabenold, managing director, and Keith Kiecker, who will serve as director.

Rabenold, who comes from Plaza Bank in Los Angeles, will oversee the small loan business for Greystone in Los Angeles. His goal is to build upon the company’s existing footprint on the West Coast.

Rabenold previously served Plaza Bank as vice president of commercial real estate.

Kiecker, on the other hand, plans to oversee the company’s prospective affordable housing transactions. In his role, he will assess the risk and financial viability of certain products.

He previously served JPMorgan Chase in a role where he underwrote and approved affordable housing construction as well as permanent loans.
