GMAC Mortgage, LLC, the nation's second largest subservicer, announced today it has added two mortgage banking veterans to its servicing operation. Connie Miller will serve as director of contract administration, and Louis Glinn will serve as director of analytics and controls. Miller and Glinn will report to GMAC Mortgage's Wes Howland, who recently moved from vice president of client relationship management to vice president of contract finance. In his new position, Howland will be responsible for finance, analysis and contracts within business development. "Our subservicing business has experienced significant growth within the past year," said Tom Donatacci, senior vice president of business development at GMAC Mortgage. "These changes ensure our operations are in alignment, enabling us to manage additional client partner relationships and provide strong value to our current clients."
With over 22 years of mortgage banking experience, Miller served most recently as senior vice president over conduit bulk operations at Aurora Loan Services. Prior to joining Aurora, she was senior vice president at Phoenix Capital, where she closed all servicing sales and acquisition deals. At GMAC Mortgage, Miller will be responsible for the administration and negotiation of all subservicing-related contracts, as well as working with the servicing business units to ensure operational alignment with contractual requirements. An 18-year industry veteran, Glinn served most recently in Chase Home Finance's Servicing Acquisitions group, where he served as vice president of financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, MIS functions, risk management and oversight. At GMAC Mortgage, he will be responsible for implementing management controls and enhancing business analytics to ensure continued growth and dedicated client service. GMAC Mortgage had a subservicing portfolio in excess of $54.2 billion at the end of the third quarter 2006, and offers interim and retained subservicing for a variety of products and asset grades, providing private labeled or GMAC Mortgage-branded servicing.
