Walker & Dunlop (WD) hired Michael Lee and Matthew Lund as vice presidents at its new office in Madison, Wis.
Lee previously served at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital as vice president of office management, while Lund acted as vice president of production for the commercial real estate finance firm.
“As Walker & Dunlop expands, it is imperative that we focus on both maintaining and strengthening our position in all regions and our newest office highlights this objective,” said Howard Smith, executive vice president and COO at Walker & Dunlop. “Expanding our presence in Wisconsin is directly reflective of our unending commitment to hire and retain the best and most talented individuals.”
The newly opened office is Walker & Dunlop’s 12th office nationwide and the second location in Wisconsin.
