Alabama’s foreclosure rate dropped in February, making it the state with the 30th lowest rate in the U.S., according to a new report.
The state’s foreclosure filings fell 16.5 percent to 1,346 in February – one filing per 1,606 housing units – compared to the same month of last year, real estate researcher RealtyTrac said today.
