Lenders in Palm Beach County filed foreclosures on 1,502 county homeowners in March, a 65% surge from the same time last year, according to an article published in the Palm Beach Post.
The article goes on to say the bump was expected to occur after mortgage lenders finalized a $25 billion settlement with mortgage servicers.
