LRES Corp. appointed Jeanette Fitzgerald as director of client relations.
With more than 25 years of industry experience, Fitzgerald has held several high-level positions for mortgage default companies, including National Real Estate Ventures and Old Republic Default Management.
“We are thrilled Jeanette is a member of the LRES team,” said Roger Beane, CEO of LRES. “Her commercial and residential product expertise is an excellent benefit to understanding client expectations.”
Fitzgerald began working with LRES in late 2003 as vice president of national sales before becoming marketing director in 2008. She later moved into positions outside of the company before returning to LRES in her new role.
The company, which was originally Lighthouse Real Estate Services, offers real estate valuations, loss mitigation and REO asset management to default servicers and originators.
“I am looking forward to contributing to the continued success of the company,” said Fitzgerald.
