Todd Gale, a former litigator for Dykema Financial Services Litigation Practice Group, is rejoining the firm’s Chicago office.
The Dykema Financial Services Litigation Practice Group represents banks, finance companies, mortgage lenders, credit card providers, retailers and insurance companies.
Gale focuses on financial services litigation.
During his time as a litigator, Gale has served as lead counsel in major cases involving real estate appraisal practices, the Fair Housing Act and the Equal Credit Opportunity Act.
Gale left Dykema for Abbott Laboratories in March 2011, but decided to return the firm’s Chicago office.
