LenderLive received approval as a mortgage servicer for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans.

LenderLive is an end-to-end mortgage services provider. It additionally operates four other division in addition to mortgage servicing. Those divisions are origination services, conduit services, settlement services and document services and loan servicing.
The company recently expanded its offices in Denver and Troy, Mich.
A third Denver location is being added to accommodate further staff and infrastructure expansion.
