It’s a new age for mortgage servicers and how they manage internal servicing platforms is a key part of their success.

As part of its internal strategy, Houston-based Envoy Mortgage recently selected residential mortgage loan servicing provider Financial Industry Computer Systems to help manage its servicing department through FICS’ Mortgage Servicer platform.

“FICS has gone above and beyond to ensure our operations run smoothly, and has greatly simplified the on-boarding process for all employees,” said Mike Maloney, senior vice president of Envoy Mortgage. “Implementing Mortgage Servicer has not only enhanced day-to-day workflow between origination and servicing, but it has also enabled us to expand our offerings to customers and further grow our company as a whole.”

The company previously outsourced its loan servicing through a sub-servicer, but is now relying on the Mortgage Servicer product, which automates all loan servicing functions from escrow upkeep to collections, loss mitigation and year-end reporting.
