eMASON Software Gets Fannie’s HAMP Approval

Clarifire, a Web-based automated software to streamline mortgage modification workflow, is approved for Fannie Mae (FNM) modifications through the Making Home Affordability Modification Program (HAMP). The software is a product of eMASON, a Clearwater, Fla.-based tech company and is designed to streamline business processes, workout rules and results, the company said. “HAMP is complicated, and eMASON has simplified and automated the process. We’re extremely proud that Clarifire technology is helping Fannie Mae and its servicers outpace the pace of change,” said Jane Mason, president and CEO of eMASON. Among the software’s features, it provides automated qualifications, submissions and closings, one-click decisioning, and automated generation of all HAMP letters, eMASON said.
