Ellie Mae (ELLI) said Thursday morning that it will transfer the listing of its common stock to the New York Stock Exchange from the NYSE MKT, formerly the NYSE Amex, where it has traded since Ellie Mae’s initial public offering in April 2011.
In a statement, the company said it anticipates that trading of its common stock on the NYSE will begin on or about June 5 under its current symbol ELLI.
