Mortgage technology firm Ellie Mae (ELLI) has priced its public offering of 3.1 million shares of common stock at $17 per share.
In addition to the 3.1 million shares, the firm is offering 101,638 shares of common stock.
Underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to 465,245 additional shares. Proceeds from the deal could be used to acquire and invest in mortgage-related technologies or businesses.
