The Depository Trust & Clearing Corp. announced Donna Milrod is joining the firm as chief administrative officer in mid-October.
The DTCC through its subsidiaries provides clearing, settlement and information services for equities as well as corporate and municipal bonds.
Milrod is coming to DTCC from Deutsche Bank AG (DB), where she served as deputy CEO of Deutsche Bank North America since 2009.
In her new role, Milrod will oversee finance, operations, regulatory relations, business continuity, vendor management and security functions.
DTCC’s depository provides custody and asset servicing for more than 3.6 million security issues from the United States and 121 other countries and territories valued at $36.5 trillion.
