Real Estate

Dick Clark is selling his rock. Excuse me, home.

If you ever wondered what it was like to live under a rock, or you happen to be a die-hard fan of the Flintstones, you’re in luck.

Dick Clark is selling his Malibu, Calif. home that looks remarkably like Fred Flinstone’s house. I’d put some pictures here, but the real estate agent (Diane Carter of Coldwell Banker) informed me should would not send them to me as they were focusing on the “major media outlets” who’d already asked for the pics. 🙁

You can find some pictures on her listing, which is here

The home, listed for $3.5 million, has one bedroom and two full baths and sits on almost 23 acres. The home boasts “unparalleled 360 degree views of the Pacific Ocean, Channel Islands, Boney Mountains, Serrano Valley, sunsets and city lights” and an “intimate connection with nature.”

That “intimate connection” means it looks like you’re living in a holed-out rock, but that might be worth it to own the lovable Dick Clark’s former abode.
