DecisionReady, a technology provider to the default services industry, introduced a new software, Radar, that it said allows servicers to effectively dispose of distressed mortgage assets.

The Radar technology manages properties in the early delinquency phase well before the REO phase, streamlining bidding and due diligence processes and overseeing short sale processes. DecisionReady said the toolkit connects up with servicers’ existing asset management technology. It includes REO, loan sale and short sale components along with a central closing desk to review and approve offers.
