Continental REO Services promoted Tina Costello to title department manager where she will oversee a staff of title coordinators, title assistants and lienable specialists.
The Clayton, Mo.-based title and closing services company specializes in the servicing of REO, working with clients across the nation to dispose of default assets.
A former CELA Award winner at Bank of America (BAC), Costello has more than 16 years of national and local experience in the title insurance industry. She entered the industry as an abstractor, providing her with a working knowledge of all of the various functions of a title agency.
“Tina has extensive title knowledge and exceptional customer service skills,” says Mary-Kathleen Kearns, national director of operations for CREO. “Her working relationships with national title underwriters provide several options when resolving title issues—making Tina a natural fit for this position.”
Prior to coming on board with CREO, Costello worked as a lead title examiner for Continental Title Company.
