Congress stalling on fiscal cliff could cost economic growth

Economists fear a coming fiscal cliff that includes automatic spending cuts and tax increases in early 2013. And even if Congress manages to stop them, economists surveyed in a Wall Street Journal forecasting report say any delays on the issue could hinder growth for the rest of 2012.
