Brentwood, Tenn.-based Churchill Mortgage strengthened its company by promoting 16 employees to leaderships positions within its headquarters.

“Strong leadership is indispensable to our ability to recruit, train and ultimately continue growing while also continuing to serve our borrowers and their communities,” said Mike Hardwick, founder and president of Churchill Mortgage.

The mortgage firm heavily developed its underwriting and processing leadership team, along with added promotions in its technical and operations divisions.

Included in the promotions is Kevin Watson, who was appointed as district manager of Middle Tennessee. In his new role, he will develop Churchill’s presence and growth in Brentwood, as well as its branches in Mt. Juliet, Murfreesboro and Benton, Ark.

“The dedication of these individuals is a primary reason for many of our achievements and we are excited to expand their roles and leverage their expertise as we work toward future success,” Hardwick said.
