Cherry Hill Mortgage Investment announced a per share price of $20 for its initial public offering.
The company is a mortgage real estate investment trust investing in excess mortgage servicing rights, agency residential mortgage-backed securities and prime jumbo loans.
Cherry Hill Mortgage plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol ‘CHMI.’
The joint bookrunners on the deal are Barclays (BCS), Morgan Stanley (MS), Citi (C) and UBS (UBS).
