Cherry Hill Mortgage files for IPO

Cherry Hill Mortgage Investment, a mortgage real estate investment trust investing in excess mortgage servicing rights, agency residential mortgage-backed securities and prime jumbo mortgage loans, plans to raise up to $150 million in an initial public offering.

The company plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol CHMI.

The joint book runners on the deal include Barclays (BCS), Morgan Stanley (MS), Citigroup (C) and UBS (UBS).
